Smash Burger Tacos
Crispy smash burger tacos with thin beef, melted cheddar, sweet corn, pickle, and ketchup in a golden tortilla. All the flavors of a burger — in taco form. Ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- Small tortilla 2 pcs
- Lean ground beef 150 g
- Cheddar cheese 2 slices
- Canned sweet corn 30 g
- Pickle 1 pc
- Tomato ketchup 30 g
Method
Divide the ground beef into 2 portions. Spread each portion in a thin, even layer over 1 tortilla.
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Place the tortillas in the pan, beef-side down, and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
Flip the tortillas and cook briefly on the other side until the tortillas are lightly crisp.
Top each tortilla with the cheddar cheese, canned sweet corn, sliced pickle, and tomato ketchup.
Fold each tortilla into a taco shape and serve warm.
Notes
These smash burger tacos are best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. Reheat before serving.
