Ingredients

  • 150 g Chicken breast (raw)
  • 50 g Avocado
  • 50 g Canned sweet corn
  • 30 g Carrot
  • 10 g Green onion
  • 25 g Mayonnaise
  • 10 g Chips of choice

Method

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, season with salt and your preferred spices.

  2. Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for 14 minutes until cooked through.

  3. Cut the cooked chicken into cubes.

  4. Cut the avocado into cubes.

  5. Grate the carrot.

  6. Add the chicken, avocado, corn, carrot, and green onion to a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise until combined.

  7. Top with crushed chips and serve immediately.

Notes

For the crispiest chicken, make sure the pieces are roughly the same size so they cook evenly. Use any chips you like — tortilla chips or pita chips work great. The bowl is best served fresh so the chips stay crunchy. Homemade mayo makes a big difference in flavor, but store-bought works too.
