Ingredients

  • 60 g Spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 20 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g Mushrooms

For pasta

  • 15 g Parmesan cheese (grated)

For serving

  • 15 g Parmesan cheese (grated)

For cooking mushrooms

  • 10 g Unsalted butter

Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

  2. Slice the mushrooms.

  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.

  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly golden.

  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the mushrooms.

  6. Add the cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese for pasta, then toss until combined and the cheese begins to melt.

  7. Transfer to a plate and top with the Parmesan cheese for serving.

  8. Serve warm.

Notes

This pasta is best prepared and served fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated before serving.
