A few things you might want to know.

Is it a diet app?

No. It gives you a calorie number and food that fits it. Nothing is off limits.

Do I have to log everything I eat?

No. There’s no food logging. You get a menu that already fits your number.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. LEVIK is on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch for now.

App or cookbook, which do I need?

The app gives you your number and plans your days. The Full Cookbook is every recipe from my reels, with the grams, on the web. They work well together.
